Refund policy
Sometimes online shopping goes wrong. We get it:). We are happy to accept returns for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. If there was a product malfunction, we may request that you send us a photograph to share with our manufacturer so that they can improve.
Simply contact us at shoprats@asylumemporium.com with your order number and let us know that you'd like to return your item. Your shipping label will be pre-paid and sent to you via e-mail.
The only items that we cannot refund are:
1. Gift cards
2. Downloadable software products
Refunds:
All refunds agreed upon between you and the Asylum Emporium will be issued immediately.
Exchanges:
We will always do our best to make exchanges possible. If you need to exchange your item for the same item in a different size, please send us an email at shoprats@asylumemporium.com.
